    Generator revision is 8.0.0 and is UNCHANGED. That number belongs to the OpenSCAD reference and to the frozen 123 case oracle; qualification attestations bind to it. This tag numbers the software around it. The two must never be conflated: no emitted geometry changed in this release, and all 123 oracle cases are unmoved.

    Suite: 529 passed, 0 failed. Every dimensional quantity exact to 1e-4 mm across all 123 cases. All ten rejections fire.

    F-034 closed. The three discretisation limited keys are bounded at eight units in the last place of the oracle six significant figure record. The accuracy criterion could not source the bound: measured boundary displacement maxes at 1.434e-05 mm, one seven hundredth of the 0.01 mm criterion, so a perimeter times criterion bound would have caught nothing. Specification in docs/ACCEPTANCE.md.

    The strap is named as the first COTS stock entry rather than inlined into Geo. docs/STOCK.md states what every catalogue entry must declare. The descriptor was proved faithful by exact float equality against a hand transcription of the reference before anything depended on it.

    Every build emits a design record: the fully resolved parameter set at full precision, the stock and fit with provenance, the code revision and toolchain, and two identities. input_id is design intent, build_id adds the code that consumed it. Without this, tuning a clearance makes every part already printed unidentifiable.

    The composer is live at https://dev.mechcomp.kane-il.us. Standard library only. Controls on one side, the cross section on the other, three toggleable layers, the report and the design record beneath. Runs on the operators own hardware, not in a data centre.

    Known limits. No per member stock, so a Y centre cannot hold a conduit. No STL or STEP export and no CAD kernel installed. No authentication; the service is world reachable. No acceptance criteria for the composer itself, only for the path to it. Certificate renewal has not yet been observed to succeed.
