Good Enough 4u0

A Manufacturing Association for the Rest of Us

Good Enough 4u0 is a commons where we design, document, and share deliberately imperfect artifacts. Not flawless. Not useless. Just good enough.

We reject industrial perfection and embrace the power of compromise. Every design declares its Central Compromise—the intentional flaw that makes it cheap, accessible, and safe from capture.

Rules at a glance

  • Never discontinued — anyone can make more.
  • Support never expires — builders own their fixes.
  • Price is always right — no royalties or licenses.
  • Anchor COTS required — at least one abundant, global component.
  • Flawless is forbidden — documented imperfection is mandatory.
