Holds host-level things: ct-baseline.sh, the firewall rules, smartd config, srv-b's Postfix relay setup, and eventually the host baseline both projects keep rediscovering.
Host-level configuration and conformance tooling for srv-b, shared by Mechanical Compiler and Kane Fabric; a property checked here is part of the standard, one that isn't is free to differ; runtime copy lives at /usr/local/sbin/.
